Terms and Conditions and Business Agreement

We are happy to make a business agreement between us. It is our intent to serve our Clients to the best of our ability. One way we do this is by having a simple, yet clear agreement between Radian Infosystems and the Client.

Hereafter the term “We” means Radian Infosystems and “You or Client” will be referred to the Customer. This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to the purchase of any products and/or services from us through our company.

These are the terms of our agreement together:


The Client is engaging Radian Infosystems to get a product or service.

Process Flow 

The below are the process flow that we initates

Requirement Gathering

The first stage of the development work is gathering the complete requirement and scope of the project. We require the details in written/document form or image form. We prefer the complete requirements in email. If any part needs additional explanation, we will require verbal communication also.

Analysing the requirements

In this stage,we will analyse the feasibility of the project and will suggest if any modifications needed. (Or if we find any technical difficulties or suggestions, we will discuss with the client). Also we inform the responsibilities such as domain name purchasing, cpanel/web hosting and any other paid materials to be purchased by the client if it is not in the Costing of the Project.

Costing and Timeframe estimation

In this stage, Costing will be arrived based on the requirements. We will send the quote or Proforma Invoice which contains the Advance payment/full payment details. We require Work order confirmation in writing with advance payment.

If any suggestion or correction can be done before But after receiving the Advance payment, we will not accept to change or alter the project.Our costing is based on the Working Time based system.Hence Time is Money for us.

If You decide the Services aren’t exactly what You are looking for, don’t worry because We can change the scope of the Services for You at any time.  To update the scope of the Services, all You have to do is let Us know what You would like to change by filling out a simple form called a “Change Order”.  

The Change Order will explain what You want Us to do differently.  If the new Services are going require more work for Us, then both Parties will have to agree in writing to an updated cost for the Services. Speaking of costs…

Suppose if any changes are requested by the Client and if it is possible only we can do with additional /extra cost.  

After making full payment only we can deliver the product.If the client delay to review the project or make the payment we will ask the full payment.If the client is not making the full payment or seeks to withdraw the project in the middle part,we will ask for the rest of the payment before hand over the uncompleted work.

Payment Terms

We start work with advance payment of 50% of the project cost, 30% as mid part payment and 20% before delivery.


Once the product developed and it needs to be tested. Normally we will complete the basic testing procedure in our own testing method. However we will ask the client to test the entire functionalities and inform us if any bug found. Client has full responsibility to satisfy the functionalities of their product.


After the testing completed by the client and satisfied with the product and the final balance payment also completed, we will hand over the project to the client. As we know, the client require the project in the estimated time schedule, at most we will deliver in time. In exceptional cases, beyond our control or limitation of our circumstances, we will request additional timeframe for completing the project.

Website Development

Website Content :  

The Client agrees to provide Radian Infosystems ALL content such as text, images, video and sound in an electronic format. Client understands that Radian Infosystems may choose not begin to customize the website until all content is received. If the Client does not supply Radian Infosystems complete text and graphics content for all web pages contracted for, by the Completion Date as listed in Section 14 of the Agreement, the entire amount of the Agreement becomes due and payable.

Web Hosting :

The Client understands that any web hosting services require a separate contract with a web hosting service. The Client agrees to select a web hosting service which allows Radian Infosystems full access to the website. The Client understands that certain features may need to be activated and/or purchased from the web hosting service in order for the web site to function properly. We hold the cPanel username and password with us only. In-case if the client wants for their own, there will be an additional cost will be charged. In this website development, domain registration and hosting will be included in the package. Subject to change according to the observations of the usage.

Website Maintenance :

The Client understands that once the website is completed and installed to the Clients web space, the Client takes the responsibility of maintaining all aspects of the site, such as text, images, video and sound files. Radian Infosystems will make changes to the site per the Client’s request which will be billed extra.

Trading Indicator/EA Development

AutoBot is a tool that assisting the MT4 signal to NEST Platform which will pop the order dialog window. User has to place the order manually by authorize this orders as this is a Semi Automatic tool.Any updates like Operating System, NEST, MT4, etc.. that affects the current version of the AutoBot, we will not responsible for any loss. In that occasion, If it is possible to fix, we will analyse and charge extra payment.

We are not guarantee or responsible for the Market Fluctuation and Crash, MT4 Chart issues, News, Flash and Jumping of prices etc..We are not responsible for any loss from the Indicator/EA. It will be the complete responsibility of the Client for the source code , if he wants to modify any of his indicator.

General Policies


We maintain the confidentiality of the details or project scope of the Clients.  This includes your proprietary information (things like trade secrets, know-how, or any other confidential information that is not publicly available).  We promise We won’t sell your proprietary information to a third-party. (BUT SOME INFORMATION NEED TO BE SHARED WITH SUB DEALERS WHEN during project development, Also we will not responsible when you shared the information with others)

Source Code

Even Though the Client is the Owner of his product, we have the right to retain the source code as it is the intellectual work. However if the Client needs the Source Code, we may charge additional cost extra from the Project Cost (it depends). We are not responsible for any damages or any thing beyond our control if the Source code meets difficulty or malfunction after the handover.


If the Client require any maintenance of their project, there will be an additional cost will be charged with new Terms and Conditions as applicable.

Support Policy

We recommend e-mail or chat support. Our support time will be 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM on weekdays. Supports will be closed on Sundays and Government holidays. 

Phone support will be given with the availability of a minimum 1 hour to a maximum of 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Payments credited to our account will not be refunded under any circumstances. It is requested that the user’s may satisfy themselves by testing the services and by knowing the terms and conditions mentioned in this website or by contacting us via mail and other modes before avail the services. In any special circumstances before any services made by us or work started by us,we may retain 25%  as processing fee and refund the 75% payment in 90 days (Taxes will not be refunded). Before making the purchase products/services users are requested to read the Terms and Conditions pages as we may change without any notice.

Legal and Copyrights

Assignment of Project :

Radian Infosystems reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on‐time completion.

Legal Stuff :

Radian Infosystems does not warrant that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error‐free. In no event will Radian Infosystems be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Copyrights and Trademarks :

The Client represents to Radian Infosystems and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Radian Infosystems for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Radian Infosystems and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

Copyright to WebPages :

Radian Infosystems through an agreement has been provided the use of a 3rd party website template. The template may be used by Radian Infosystems to build a website for the Client. These templates are owned by the 3rd party provider and the Client agrees they may not put them on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. Radian Infosystems retain the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.
